Small `forested finca` on the hills above Playa Bandera (25 min.) north of the city of Parrita in the Central Pacific coast of Costa Rica. It has a whole hillside of untouched forest with a natural spring that runs down a small canyon. The `finca` offers spectacular views of the ocean as far south as Manuel Antonio. It`s common to see macaws and parrots, tucans, monkeys, iguanas, pizote, deer, tepescuintle, wild pig and much more wildlife.
It has a service road that circles a bit less than half the property. There is also a house with a dome oven for high quality baking, drinking water and water tank, electricity, telephone, well kept green areas. The construction area is +0- 200sq m. and much of the finishing has to be done.
Within one hour`s drive there are many sport activities such as: horse back riding, trekking, beach, boating, whale and dolphin watching, National Parks, crocodile watching, fishing, mountain biking, atv and canopy.
I have planted and there are many fruit trees: coconut, avocado, teak, Gmelina arbÃÆ`³rea, Terminalia Catappa or almendro (it attracts macaws), jacaranda, nance, lemon, orange, guayaba, cashew nut tree, bread fruit and countless other species that are endemic to the area.
