Each apartment in Paradise Beach has the option to join
the Rental Scheme, which means that the apartment
effectively becomes a hotel room in the resort. A hotel
quality furniture package is required for entry into the
scheme at a cost of €22,500 for a 2 bed apartment.
Owners receive a net monthly income of €500. It is
possible for owners to stay in their apartment, with a
deduction of €125 per week of stay. A 3 month notice
period is required.
